This is our darkest blend and has been one of the most popular of our Mindful Coffee Co blends. This blend also has the distinction of being the only blend we mix before we roast it as well. We have blended Columbia, Guatemala and Brazil well past second crack (if you know, then you know that means this is dark and a bit oily). Tasting notes include mocha, dark caramel and molasses. Its a dark roasted coffee blend that works well as espresso, drip coffee, or french press.
